Project Feasibility Studies involve multi-faceted processes and need to be carefully managed to cover off on all relevant considerations. Our specialization is in the study of technical constructability, time scheduling and economic feasibility, while we are also able to integrate inputs from other specialists into such studies.

Preparation of tender documents and the guidance through the entire procurement process, including the Review and Evaluation of tenders is also being offered to our clients. Our senior staff members have been involved in many of these contract tender and awards processes, right through to leading Project Delivery Partner Roles on behalf of owners and clients.
